About Tofu & Soy

Tofu is soy. People have a belief that soy is great. It is not. A little bit of fermented soy sauce, and miso which is also fermented is ok. Not tofu. Soy milk and soy protein powder is absolutely horrible for the body. Soy is not meant for human consumption. Soy has pseudo estrogenic properties. In other words soy effectively increases estrogen levels. We do not need that. It also suppresses your thyroid. Can cause cancer, cysts and it also messes up your mineral balance.
